STRANGE GYPSY SOULS.
I was born in Kenya in December 1985, the youngest of two daughters. I grew up in Nairobi, and attended and completed school there, before moving to London on my own for university. Shortly after this, the rest of my family relocated to Brisbane.
After studying Public Relations at university, I joined several PR companies, representing many brands and people over the years, before settling into a PR role within the music industry. I also had a shot at going solo, however found that I preferred working within a bigger team and returned to a well established company.
I am now living in Wandsworth, and expecting my first child, as a single mother, in June. So far, it’s been a pretty rocky ride, however, I’ve had a lot of support from close friends, and this is something that I am sure that I will explore more in future blog posts.
My desire within this blog is to freely express my thoughts and opinions in no particular timely manner, and to share tips and tricks in which I have learned throughout life and on a day-to-day basis, some of which I hope may be of use to other people. If ever you’re reading and thinking ‘that sounds like me!’, or ‘I’d like to know more about that!’ then feel free to drop me a message on my Twitter page, which is linked on the nav bar at the top, or use the contact page to send me a message… And then we’ll crack on and get talking!
